Over a period of 6-8 months,(2010-11) I had the pleasure of purchasing the Krell S-300i amp and S-350a CD player from Guildford Audio. Trevor brought out both Krells for me to audition over an extended 2-3 week period in each case and spent some time with me discussing music and hifi as we listened to my system. I have to say that these Krell products are both sensational value for money and both have enhanced my listening pleasure considerably, particularly the S-350a CD player. At no time was there any pressure to buy; Trevor just let the Krell work their magic. This has been the most pleasurable buying experience I've had in 40 years of owning and buying hifi equipment and I shall remain very loyal to Guildford HiFi for any future purchases. Trevor sells the best hifi money can buy, so there's no need to go elsewhere.

Thanks again for supplying the EAT valve dampers/coolers. The improvement with them has been startling. I was expecting a tightening up of the bass and improved dynamics but was amazed with the increase in purity and detail too. They revealed all the subtleties of the music in a very fluid way but with a clear focus and strong presence to the sound. Some upgrades sound better 'technically' but overall the dampers just made the sound much more enjoyable and listenable with superb realism. They are definitely the best upgrade for the money I have made, but also one of the best upgrades I have made period.
